Introducing the new MatterHackers mascot, Phil A. Ment! This awesome little guy was designed specifically to put your printer through its paces, featuring small inset details, small embossed details, overhangs, vertical cylinders, horizontal cylinders, fillets, chamfers, bridging, and even his perfectly domed helmet. On a well-calibrated 3D printer, Phil prints flawlessly at any scale, from a tiny 12 millimeters tall to an enormous 350! Printed in MatterHackers PRO Series PLA at a 0.2mm layer height and 10% infill, this little mascot looks amazing. If you have MatterControl, you can find him in our Design Store and add him to your Cloud Library. We're excited to see what kind of creations you come up with! Want to push the limits? Can you print Phil bigger than 350mm or smaller than 12mm? Share your make with us and we'll include you as a record holder! Check out our current records: - Smallest Phil: 5mm on the Peopoly Moai by Chris Lee (@chimpusmaximus on Twitter) - Largest Phil: 1397mm on the Pulse HV and Lulzbot TAZ 6 with MOARstruder by MatterHackers Designed by MatterHackers
