This does not need much in the way of infill (I used 5%), and it prints in under an hour.

The pictures I posted are of my prototype, and used screws I had laying around. With low infill and self-tapping type screws, you can go straight into the PLA (or whatever material you're using).

I have included the STEP file so that you can customize the holes to your needs. Then just separate the top from the bottom and export them to STL.

With the current setup, the door stays closed fairly tightly, without being under pressure, but also without leaving too much air gap.

I do recommend at least four top and bottom shells. I had two on the prototype and you can see a little bit of underextrusion (partially from the print being done at high speed).
