Mattel Electronics Battery Cover
thingiverse
If you own a vintage Mattel Electronics sports handheld game, this is a replacement battery cover designed specifically for them. The design was based on a Mattel Electronics Baseball game but all the games used the same battery cover. Simply print it in the closet color filament to match your game and enjoy. Note: I had to use supports every 1mm to get the tongue to come out right, but you might be able to get away with 2mm or 2.5mm spacing. Printing this in PLA made it much stiffer than the original plastic used for the game housing, so handle it carefully when removing it to avoid breaking your game. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa I3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 20% Post-Printing: To make removal easier from your game, you may want to trim down the height on the catch of the tongue.
