The high-poly armchair model includes non-collapsed stacks and features textures for a rendered appearance in Vray. Tested with Checkmate Light program, it contains no hidden objects, all objects grouped and have materials assigned. There are no missing textures or incorrect texture paths. The model comes with 1:1 scale, lights, and cameras; simply open the Max file, click render, and obtain an image identical to the preview. Measurements include a width of 24', depth of 24.5', height of 31.5', seat height at 19', and arm height at 24.25'. Finish options are Natural Oak, Fumed Oak, Olive Oak, Mink Oak, Maduro, Oiled Walnut, Honey Glazed Maple (standard) and Dark Vinegar Oak, Black Sable Lacquer (premium). Decorative screws come in Polished Nickel. The standard cushion includes self-welt, while the cushion content is Dacron over foam.
