I had a blast bringing one of Matt Dixon's concept art pieces to life in 3D. The experience was incredibly rewarding, and I learned a ton from the process. I started by modeling it out in ZBrush, then moved on to UV mapping with Maya, and finally added textures using Substance Painter.
