Matryoshka chicken/egg

myminifactory

I designed this object specifically for the Tinkercad Easter competition. I've always found Matryoshka dolls and the chicken or the egg dilemma fascinating. If you're not familiar with them, I can give you a quick rundown below. Combining these two ideas led me to create an innovative design that could be used in both the Tinkercad and MyMiniFactory Easter challenges. You can scale up or down the files to make more dolls, and choose which one to start with based on your opinion of the dilemma. I created the first three dolls with both versions available, and you're free to create more if you'd like. A set of Matryoshka dolls consists of a wooden figure that separates from top to bottom, revealing a smaller figure inside, which has another figure inside it, and so on. The chicken or egg causality dilemma is stated as "which came first: the chicken or the egg?" This question stems from observing that all chickens hatch from eggs and all chicken eggs are laid by chickens. The phrase "chicken-and-egg" is used to describe situations where it's unclear which event should be considered the cause and which the effect, or to express a scenario of infinite regress. This object was created in Tinkercad, available at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/7SWNDLnoVqf.
