I'm evaluating this shape to assess its structural integrity and durability. For instance, print it using Colorfabb XT with a two-pass process, 20% infill density, and then compare the results with a print that has 100% infill density. Clearly, the piece with 100% infill is nearly indestructible, while the one with 20% infill can be easily snapped in half using just two flat pliers. Furthermore, you can distinctly feel the difference between these two prints: 100% feels substantial and robust, whereas 20% has a strangely unsatisfying texture.
