Mate X Battery Handle
thingiverse
I made significant modifications to the OP's design. The original was full of holes and extremely fragile. I've now adapted this to fit Mate X ebike batteries, and it's rock solid. I printed it with 80% infill, giving it a more flexible feel than the OEM part from Mate, which is likely due to its printed construction. To install, start by angling the peg closest to the metal connectors first, then easily wedge in the other side. If the part isn't sitting flat, use a deburring tool, file, or sandpaper to remove lower edges on both sides of the rounded section. I grant permission only to myself to sell these prints. I prefer keeping this design open-source and dislike that Mate is overcharging for bikes with too many flaws. Feel free to print this for yourself or a friend. My intention is to charge $3.50 for it, covering filament, glue, 1mm foam, and electricity costs. You can find it on eBay at https://www.ebay.com/itm/184375471319.
