Here's how to make a drink of sweet or bitter Yerba Mate: To take a cup of sweet or bitter Yerba Mate, fill your empty Yerba Mate bombilla with ice and leave it for two minutes so the temperature is lowered in a gradual way, because water doesn't freeze at room temperature quickly. Take the yerba out from your bombilla bag by simply holding it upside down over your favorite empty glass filled to its bottom line. You don't need more Yerba, you are good with only what the Bombilla holds. The process can be called "infusion," or a more commonly known term: "tea making." Next is brewing! Place water of any desired temperature that reaches 212 degrees and starts cooling into your tea container made by plastic and also found inside other devices as electric. Your mate cup now will be on fire in two minutes! Careful to get the cup away so it cools quickly. As for sweetening, many use their spoons of sugar, a teaspoon full is good; or for those who prefer no sweet tooth you have your bitter option of not adding sugar to brew your Mate for tasting purposes only with 0 sugars at all in one of yer tea mugs which contains only liquid that tastes slightly sour if needed, so just go for any amount of both kinds: a pinch, maybe three-quarters, however they seem as needed since people like me usually are never sure what we think of sweet or bitter - just kidding about being unsure and no doubt will do exactly either way whenever.
