Matchbox Street Puzzle

I'm excited to share with you a custom racecourse design that I've created as a fun Christmas gift for my kids! The track is made up of various road sections, including straightaways, curves, intersections, parking areas, and more. The set also includes several essential buildings like a petrol station, police station, and fire station. Each part has been carefully designed to be easy to assemble, allowing your little ones to unleash their creativity and imagination. For the construction process, simply follow the intuitive design of the track pieces. I've printed all my parts using PLA plastic at a moderate speed between 30-50mm/s. To ensure durability, I recommend printing the road elements with 100% infill for maximum stability. To attach the doors, you'll need a small piece of 1mm spring steel. For added realism, I've included airbrush covers to create custom road markings. Get ready for hours of fun building and playing! Here are the print settings I used: Printer: ZYYX Printer Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 dpi Infill: Adjustable between 10% and 100% Notes: Be sure to use 100% infill for all road parts.
