Matchbox 1-75 box stand

This is for Matchbox collectors who want to showcase their boxes alongside their cars. A display stand will lift the box up, keeping it visible and not obscured by the car in a cabinet. I designed three versions with different heights, all 50 mm wide. The lowest stand, used for the Mustang, serves as a base model while the highest, used for Daimler double-decker buses, offers maximum visibility. These stands are specifically designed for standard-sized Matchbox models but can also be adapted for other diecast cars if needed. Simply scale them up to fit your collection. To create these stands, I used black PLA (RFPLCXEU01B) in my DaVinci Jr. 3D printer. Since the material is nearly invisible, it's not necessary to use a low layer height setting. Printing multiple stands at once using the standard DaVinci slicer can also reduce overall print time. Check out my "Matchbox poor box support" for more display ideas.
