Match Case

Match Case

thingiverse

My brother called and asked if I could come up with a solution to his matchbox breaking apart in his pocket while hunting, so I came up with this one. It's based on a standard match box measuring 36x17x58.2mm but since the walls are only 1mm thick, you can easily resize it in your slicer to fit your needs. There are two distinct slots in this design - the one on the side is for lighting the match on that scratchy part of the box and the bottom slot allows you to push up the inner box. I've also included an openSCAD file, a SolidWorks original file and a STEP file if anyone wants to remix it. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Notes: Feel free to print this design however you want - it shouldn't cause any issues.
