This diffuser is engineered specifically for Mata Leon Amboss 8ball Aluminum Black, yet you can also utilize it with other stems and hookahs as long as they have an M18x1.5mm thread, a 20mm outer diameter on the stem, and fit within a 29mm wide jar. Two versions of this diffuser have been published: V1.00, which features 3.5mm holes and generates a slightly noisier sound; and V1.01, with 2.5mm holes and a relatively quieter operation. Both designs cause water to splash within the jar, producing an audible sound that's nonetheless significantly less pronounced than using the stem without this diffuser.
