To start the game, Player 1 chooses a secret code combination by placing the outside rings on the inner rings, making sure the slit on the inside matches the God they chose for that position on the outside ring. They repeat and then put the rings in place by matching the slit with the bumps on the cylinder.

Player 2 starts the game with 100 drachmas. They try to guess the pattern the first time by rotating the cylinder rings (making sure the code attempt sits between the marked game area) and showing it to Player 1. If the code is wrong, they lose 5 drachmas.

If they want to, Player 2 can ask Player 1 for hints at the cost of drachmas according to the game Rules.

The rings are released only when the code is correct. If Player 2 runs out of drachmas they lose the game. The players then trade places and play again. Whoever guesses the code spending the least amount of drachmas wins the round.

If you need to reset the code on the cryptex, take off the end of the cylinder and push the spindle down to release the rings. Players are free to change/add rules and questions as they like, as well as the cost of the hints.

Printing Settings:

_All with 20% honeycomb infill;

_0.4 nozzle;

_Layer height 0,22 mm;

_Support needed for the inside wheel on both files;

_A print in place file with 4 inside wheels is available and a 4 pieces one as well;

_Or whatever suits your printer really.

Assembling instructions:

_Assemble the inside box first with the code rod inside.

_Inside wheels go after entering on the code slot.

_Outside wheels finally.

For more information contact me.

Happy printings.

By The Gods Makers
