<p>Clip on. No magnets. Hook the soft jaw under the normal jaw, tip the soft jaw down. Give it a tap on the top surface with a hammer and it clips onto the normal jaws. Close the vise to seat them. Not sure if they will come off easy, haven't tried. Prints without supports.
