Master Spool V4 split up for even smaller build plates
thingiverse
I wanted to design a Master Spool set of files that would print seamlessly on build plates with 150mm build plate dimensions. To achieve this, I divided the original file into four manageable parts: three outer sections (Parts 1-3) and one middle section (Part 4).\r\nThe outer sections are linked together at their outer rim using short filament pieces approximately two centimeters in length, while they connect to the middle section either via a filament piece or an M3 countersunk screw.\r\nIf you prefer to use a M3 screw, you will need to enlarge the hole (currently measuring 2.1mm) and create the M3 thread.\r\nTo build Part A, you will require six M3x16 screws, while for Part B, you will need either six M3x6 or M3x8 screws.\r\nIf you wish to modify the underlying CAD files, please refer to their source on Onshape:\r\nhttps://cad.onshape.com/documents/1940e0d68b87f409f682e440/w/b3707ba7d367565915ec5715/e/fb818a374baa3a06a462e58c
