Master Lock 410 Replacement Lock Body
thingiverse
This is a replacement lock body for a master lock 410 LOTO lock. It's built in two pieces (the top and the bottom), that are almost but not quite identical. It is designed to work with 3 3/4" 4-40 screws (which need to be ground down slightly). It is slightly wider than the original to accommodate the bolts. But the bolts make it possible to disassemble this lock, which is especially convenient if you over-rotate it while picking and the pins fall out of the core. In style 1, a few of the pins can fall out of the lock if you over-rotate it picking (it is impossible to do that with the key). Style 3 fixes that and looks better too, as does style 5. I printed this without supports and needed only a little cleanup on the countersunk holes for the screws. But supports would be good too. The scad file is the best resource. I've tried to make it very configurable using constants at the top so that you can get exactly the lock body that works for you.
