Master Key Note Selector
thingiverse
Removable Note Selector for the Master Key Chromatic Pitch Instrument. Are you looking to replace a broken prong that holds the mouthpiece in place or do you just want an extra one for your chromatic pitch pipe? This model is designed with you in mind and should fit perfectly into your KRATT MK1 (or other similar models). Additionally, it should even fit neatly inside the original box if aligned properly. Printer Settings We used a RepRap printer for this project. Specifically, we chose the Prusa i3 for its precision. Here are the details: * Printer brand: RepRap * Printer model: Prusa i3 * Raft settings: Not applicable (Doesn't Matter) * Supports: Highly recommended * Resolution: We opted for a 0.3 mm layer height to achieve crisp results. * Infill percentage: 100% was our choice, but feel free to experiment with different levels of infill for the best results. Post-Printing Cleanup is essential after printing. To prepare your Removable Note Selector, start by removing any supports from the print. Next, gently bend the prongs outwards if they are a bit too tight. Be sure to smooth out the edges around the mouthpiece area. With proper printing and assembly, your new selector should stay securely in place on the pitch pipe, even when used in low light conditions.
