Mast mount for 48mm OD Aluminium pipe

I needed a mobile mast mount for my Lenz2 Helical XL from thing 99132, so I designed and fabricated some parts to make a fully functional portable mount that can be easily disassembled for car transport. The key components of this design are a 44x68mm beam made from 180cm of treated wooden pole, perfect for withstanding outdoor use. To create the foundation of the cross-shaped base, I drilled out a slot in the wood and then drilled four additional 7,5mm holes to secure the feet. Additionally, I bored another set of four 7,5mm holes for attaching the mast mount. I countersunk eight 20mm wooden drill holes approximately 10mm deep, making way for the hex heads of M8 bolts. Next, I secured eight M8x100 bolts in their corresponding holes using a ratchet tool, allowing the wire ends to protrude from the top side of the beam. Once in place, you can attach the mount using wing nuts and tighten it securely. The innovative feature of this design lies in its modular configuration, consisting of detachable feet, end clamps, and a collar that serves as a mast guide for 4mm steel PVC-coated wire. To provide extra reinforcement, I designed and crafted a sleeve to wrap around the mast, featuring two M4x20 screws secured with M4 Loc-nuts. In conjunction with the self-locking M3x16 bolts embedded in end clamps and feet reinforced by M5x30 bolts fitted with wing nuts, this assembly can sustain heavy wind loads while still allowing for effortless transportation.
