Massage rollers kit
thingiverse
There are plenty of massage tools available already, but I wasn't in the mood to print something that's both long and thin, and also easy to buy. So, I decided to use a regular Ø25mm plastic tube as the foundation and printed only notched sections. The number of sections can be adjusted to achieve the desired length of the massage tool - the one on the photo measures 25cm in working length and 50cm overall. Additionally, each section's size can be customized accordingly. A note worth mentioning is that the inner radius (Rth) has been increased slightly to account for thermal shrinkage, ensuring a smooth but snug fit onto the tube. However, this may require adjustment based on the specific plastic type and printing process used. My wife also requested a relatively narrow convex roller, so I added two versions: one with a smooth surface and another with a wavy design. The same principle of adjusting the inner radius/diameter applies to these rollers as well. Lastly, I created a stand for longer massage rollers, allowing them to be used in conjunction or on their own.
