Massage rollers are designed to target specific muscle groups and aid in physical therapy. They can be paired with 608ZZ bearings or a 3/4 inch wooden dowel for added versatility. The handles are precision-crafted to fit seamlessly onto a 3/4 inch wooden dowel. Two distinct types of rollers are available: the Ball roller and the Pointed roller. Each unit rotates independently, allowing users to mix and match configurations as needed. While the Pointed rollers are undoubtedly intense, they prove effective in addressing particularly stubborn muscle areas.
