Massage Roller Ball
thingiverse
My DIY take on a massage roller ball, crafted with precision using Design Spark Mechanical 4.0 and brought to life by my trusty SainSmart Ender 3. The body and ball were created in CCTREE PLA, while the grip was printed in SainSmart PTU. To assemble this handheld massager, I printed the body and ball at a scorching hot temperature of 205C, with a speed of 50mm/sec and a layer height of 2mm. The grip, on the other hand, required a slower print speed of 15mm/sec, also at 205C and 2mm layer height. To get this massage ball rolling, you'll need two skateboard bearings measuring 22mm x 7mm, with an 8mm bore size. I relied on Cyanocrylate and Insta-Set accelerator to bond the parts together seamlessly.
