My trusty cog wheel of my budget-friendly massage pillow finally gave up on me after just a year and a half - no surprise given its cheap $22 price tag! Maybe yours has met the same fate? The original part is made from ABS plastic, if I'm not mistaken. I've noticed that it tends to get warm during use, which might be why switching to ABS or PETG could be a better option. If you want to take advantage of this feature, using nylon might just do the trick! By the way, my cog wheel measures 64.2mm in diameter.
