Here's a handmade aid consisting of two components designed specifically for inserting a marble glass measuring 16 millimeters in diameter. I crafted this device to facilitate recovery from muscle strain in my own foot. Constructing this apparatus necessitates the use of four M3 by 10 millimeter screws and accompanying nuts.
