Massage ball holder (Flying Tiger Copenhagen)
prusaprinters

I got theese massage balls from Flying Tiger Copenhagen, and needed a holder to keep them from rolling off the table. I designed a holder, but I thought that it was too plain looking. It also reminded me of tiny dog bowls.

Taking with a friend, he suggested the idea of slicing the model without perimeters, keeping only the infill. After playing around with settings in the slicer, I landed with the settings in the photos. These do not produce any part of the infill that will not be attaced to the main body. Although a less than 15% infill would look nicer, in that you could look through it more easily, parts of the pattern would be printed “on air”.

This was kindly printed by a good friend of mine on his Prusa Mini+ in Prusament PLA Prusa Galaxy Black.
