I've been experimenting with various approaches to slicing and optimizing helmets for optimal printing positions in order to minimize or completely eliminate support structures. This test run was a great opportunity to fine-tune my techniques. Since the sizing of the helmet was purely speculative, it's essential that you double-check the percentages to ensure they meet your requirements for head size accuracy.
