Improvement of the plug, integration of a thread on the valve for forcing insertion into the mask and having only glue needed inside. This is a valve model inspired by the "nanoHack" mask, allowing creation of a filter mask of FFP2 category with a piece taken from a disposable ffp2 mask. It makes possible making several effective masks with one single disposable mask (in case of shortage, this can save lives ...) You will also find a pattern in DXF to cut the valve support (the mask) in a polypropylene sheet. (Laser or scalpel, depending on your tools) All you have to do is sew the parts of the mask to give it its shape, then stick the valve in the polypropylene mask and install elastics to be able to use it. (Don't forget to put a piece of FFP2 mask in the valve before closing it ...)
