Masonic Armchair
thingiverse
The Masonic Armchair, dating from 1775-90, hails from New England, specifically Boston, Massachusetts in the United States. It is a piece of American cultural furniture crafted from mahogany and maple wood, measuring 50 1/2 x 25 5/8 x 24 3/4 inches. This exceptional artifact was generously donated by Mr. and Mrs. George M. Kaufman in 2000 (Accession Number: 2000.192). The 3D scan, although potentially rough, was initially captured during the NYC Museum MediaLab Meetup 3D Funday at the Metropolitan Museum of Art using a Sense 3D hand-held scanner.
