Mason jar syrup feeder for beekeeping
thingiverse
This is a fast and easy hive top syrup feeder lid. It fits any standard mason jar perfectly. Simply fill the jar with sugar syrup, then push the tube through a ~1/8 inch hole in the outer cover of your beehive. I swapped my usual outer cover for a simple 1/2 inch plywood one while using this feeder. I got the design idea from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3443633 and modified it because that one didn't make a good enough seal, causing constant dripping and leaking of syrup. This one doesn't leak as it creates an excellent seal once the lid ring is tightened. I created many of these on my sculpto+ with no supports or raft needed. Regular strength and fine detail settings were used for optimal results.
