Mason Jar Ring (Regular Mouth)
thingiverse
UPDATE (2020-03-03): I highly suggest printing this with more walls or possibly even 100% infill. Printing only two walls and 50% infill, combined with repeated tightening, ends up forcing the ring's layers apart after a while. Keep in mind that this was from filling and refilling a jar with water multiple times a day. You can probably get away with less strength if the ring will see less frequent repeated tightening. This is a remix of gblades' Mason Jar Lid as I could only find a wide mouth ring on Thingiverse. It is also a remix of Bach_Tender_One's Biohazard Mason Jar Lid. To make it open, I had to reduce the mesh in Fusion 360 and convert it to BRep before punching a 56mm hole through it. I needed this primarily for my Cuppow "sippy cup" as I was tired of metal rings rusting and staining my jar threads. This has the added benefit of being printed in glow-in-the-dark blue PLA. It looks great! It should be noted that the ring is fantastic for gripping but it's significantly wider than metal rings so organization/storage could be affected.
