Mason jar pipe

This is a water pipe for tobacco use only, designed with safety in mind. Only glass downstems should be used due to their obvious advantages. This water pipe screws directly onto a 1L mason jar, making it easy to clean and replace parts at a low cost. The base features a thread (M22x3) that allows users to choose from various pipes with different lengths or angles. The pipe and downstem are secured in place by flexible 3D-printed "o-rings". These o-rings can be easily replaced if needed. The flexible piece surrounding the downstem is designed for use with a 12.8mm diameter downstem, but it should be simple to modify the design for different diameters. The blue parts were printed using generic PLA, while the O-rings were created using Filaflex. The layer height of the print does not significantly impact the functionality, as long as the threads remain intact (0.32mm layers were used with success). Support material was only applied along the thread of the pipe to ensure a smooth finish.
