I feel like before we know it'll be Thanksgiving already, I'm itching to taste that old familiar pumpkin pie with a nice dollop of whipped cream on top. This month I decided to transform the Halloween mason jar lantern into a festive end-of-year decorative piece starting with these autumn-themed panes.
