Mason Jar Lamp Lid

Here's how you can create a stylish lamp fitting for your mason jar using 3D printing. First, select a standard Ikea or similar-sized mason jar that will serve as the base of your project. Then, download and print a 3D printed lid that matches your jar's size. Since most jars are uniform in design, you should be able to find a suitable fitting without too much hassle. Make sure you print one at a time since different types have different opening requirements. You can get this file through a software such as openscad. Now it's on to assembly! Start by taking the lid from your mason jar and removing its old, broken-down cover so you're left with a clean base to start from. Attach the newly printed lid to that spot where it previously was connected; attach the fitting using E14 or E27 bulb socket (choose which one best suits your project). Then proceed with installing an 11 Watt LED lamp in order to save energy and avoid overheating risks during usage. All you need now is turn on the light and be proud of yourself for turning what could have been trash into something so wonderful - truly awesome!!
