Mason Jar Divider

Mason Jar Divider

This design was sparked by the BNTO by Cuppow. Unfortunately, Cuppow produces only BNTOs designed to fit wide-mouth jars. Since we rely on narrow-mouth jars exclusively, I grabbed some dimensions using calipers and created a narrow-mouth version in CAD. I strongly caution that this part may not be safe for use with food. The toxicity of 3D printed parts remains largely untested and their potential risks are poorly understood. This is merely a proof of concept designed to test feasibility rather than an intended application. By sharing this design, I neither assume nor accept responsibility for your decisions regarding its usage. Print instructions follow below: To begin, turn the part 180 degrees so the open end faces downward. Print carefully, as poor print quality may lead to inadequate support and material stress within the part's structure. When printing this model using my Printrbot Simple 1405, I found it most reliable to use the open-end down orientation without any additional supports.
