Mason Jar Ball Jar Lid Holder

A remix of doxxx's remix. I took his and crudely made a one-piece item which was similar to another design I saw on here (but with less material so will print quicker). Since my wife has both the wide and normal lids, I designed this with the lid holder for the large/wide lids (so the small/normal lids will also fit). The tower bit is sized for both as well (and the normal ones sorta just nest into the wide ones when stacked anyway).
