I designed an attachment to give me a more secure connection between the vacuum hose and the router base, something that would provide a stronger bond between the two. This device was specifically created to fit the Rigid 2022 router, which is equipped with a 1 1/2 inch vacuum hose. Given my vacuum nozzle's slight taper, I incorporated mounting guides into the attachment to ensure accurate alignment and prevent any misfitting issues during assembly. The direction of the attachment is clearly marked, with "Vac" pointing towards the vacuum and "Rout" directing it towards the router.
