I'm working on making these designs available to everyone until I can thoroughly clean up the Fusion360 file. In the meantime, I've managed to locate all the STLs that I used for my sled. To help with any potential issues, I've included the spine, spine cut section, and gussets which can be utilized to hand-file poorly cut pockets if you were using the temporary sled and encountered problems like I did. I want to emphasize that Z-CARRIAGE may have a different hole spacing for the smooth rod mounting blocks than what you're currently using. It's essential to verify this before printing. A fellow Maslow forum member made an update to match the more common block style, so please visit the forum if you're concerned about this discrepancy. Update 10/27/19 - Despite extensive research, I still have no idea what's causing this spacing issue. Even after double-checking my dims against the Meticulous Z-axis dxf file, I'm stumped. If you happen to figure out the root cause of this problem, please don't hesitate to share your findings.
