Maslow CNC Counterweight Chain Tension Pulley Mount

This replaces the bungee chain tensioners with counterweights. It uses the same bearings that were in the middle. The goal was to keep the rope as low and close to the wood as possible while still being printable. The scad file is mostly parametric but it might need some manual adjustments. There were a few places I just eyeballed instead of using trig. I'm open to new titles as well; not really sure what to call this.
