Maslow CNC Chain Tension Sled
thingiverse
The S hook that came with the kit sat at a weird angle that could cause the chain to skip. This is a sled to help keep it at the correct angle. I didn't bother with bearings. The shoulder that keeps the sprocket aligned is in an odd shape so that even if the sprocket cuts through the PLA the chain won't rub on the shoulder. Screws are M3. I updated this to include a guide for the other rope. This prevents it from getting caught in the chain during long X axis moves. The sleds never come in enough to cross paths.
