Maslow CNC Bosch POF 1200 AE Z Adjust Mount
thingiverse
EDIT :: 10/04/18 - added Maslow Motor Mount - No Holes. The one with mounting holes was printed a little weak when done incorrectly, so an option for printing without the mounting holes has been provided to screw the mount onto the router. These holes are not needed anyway, and personally think it works better without them.\r\n\r\nEDIT :: 14/03/18 - Added Maslow Motor Mount.stl and Maslow Nut Mount.stl files. The motor mount was made a little bigger to support the standard maslow coupler (if you ordered the 8mm one to match the lead screw) and the nut mount is smaller to get more Z height out of it. Fusion 360 files are below so they can be modified as needed.\r\n\r\nRecommended Files:\r\nMaslow_Motor_Mount-No_Holes.stl\r\nMaslow_Nut_Mount.stl\r\n\r\nAlternative Files\r\nMaslow_Motor_Mount.stl (this file has mounting holes that make it a little weaker, and the mounting holes are not needed anyway)\r\n\r\nLegacy File (for people who have printed that one and want the same one again [though an upgrade is recommended])\r\nrouter_mount.stl\r\nshaftMount.stl\r\n\r\nThis motor mount and lead screw nut mount is for the Bosch POF 1200 AE, using the Maslow CNC Z adjust motor to drive it.\r\nThe lead screw used was (150mm) http://bit.ly/2FzCfZK\r\nThe coupler used was http://bit.ly/2EGimiv\r\n\r\nFusion 360 Files:\r\nMotor Mount :: http://a360.co/2BHC1zY\r\nNut Mount :: http://a360.co/2GpmrZ5\r\n\r\nand a video! https://youtu.be/Q9QH62ggUr4
