MASKV34 COVID19

FREE DOWNLOAD After attempting to download multiple types of existing 3D masks, I discovered that a 3D printed mask could not adapt to all facial morphologies. To prevent the possibility of a lack of certified masks, here is a prototype mask designed to fight against COVID-19. The mask is printed in a flat plate format and can be thermoformed to perfectly conform to the shape of your face, adapting to any type of morphology. The mask is relatively waterproof if you apply it correctly. The connections are ISO standard, and I conducted a waterproofness test by connecting a hose to the mask without the filter holder and immersing my head in water. There was no difficulty breathing, and there was no infiltration. To ensure proper fit, carefully model the mask to your face. You can also mold it as you like. Please note that this mask has not been tested by a laboratory and should not be used as a replacement for an FFP2 mask. This mask was printed using AnyCubic Chiron and JGmaker with AmazonBasics filament. To learn how to thermoform the mask, follow this link: https://youtu.be/_Wyvx9iZpSg A new double filter adapter is now available for download.
