This design incorporates a straightforward one-way air valve common in disposable masks. The casing should be printed in a sturdy hard plastic material, whereas the disk requires Ninjaflex (or similar TPU) printing with a layer height of 0.1mm or less to achieve optimal results. To assemble the disk and case, use needle nose pliers to carefully stretch the disk over the central pin.
