UPDATE (June 2020): I used hot water to shape the mask clip into a perfect fit for my nose. https://www.facebook.com/kusnin/videos/10158510133324375/?t=0 UPDATE: Version 6b is now live, featuring: * A shorter nose end that rests comfortably under the eyes * A broader "center part" for added stability on the tip of the nose * Improved suitability for Asian noses * An overall thickness of 1.3mm, ensuring flexibility without sacrificing structure I designed this clip to create more space and a bigger air pocket between the face mask and mouth, making it easier to talk and breathe. This design is specifically tailored for use with surgical masks and leverages their built-in nose clips. To make it work seamlessly, simply bend the clip to follow the shape of your surgical mask's built-in nose clip. Through multiple refinements and iterations, I've made this design as flexible as possible to accommodate a wide range of nose shapes and facial contours. At just 1.2mm thick, this design won't add any weight to your surgical face mask, ensuring optimal comfort during extended wear. Recommended printing material: PLA, which can be easily shaped or bent to fit each individual's unique nose shape. You can either use a hair dryer or bend it straight away while the print bed is still hot for a smooth, hassle-free experience.
