UPDATE: 14 Small trays full of size are now fixed\r\n\r\nMedium (MED) masks feature an added size indicator, similar to Suraky design. Files include both versions with and without the #7 PLA recycle symbol, depending on your printing material. The added text and symbol take up roughly two nozzles wide, a single 0.3mm layer, and only add a few seconds to the print.\r\n\r\nSmall (SM): approximately 130mm wide with one fewer set of catches per side\r\nMedium (MED): around 163mm wide\r\nLarge (LG): nearly 193mm wide\r\n\r\nNew files have been added for printing up to 10 Medium masks on a single Prusa i3 bed, measuring 210x270.\r\nAlternatively, you can print 9 Large or 14 Small masks.\r\nI'm still unsure about designs that remove excess plastic and the remaining strength of strap catches. The last thing I want is for strap failure to occur.
