I designed my own unique ear saver, one of millions out there, but it's got a crucial advantage - it saves material and prints quickly since no solid fill is needed. I'm managing to get them printed in under 7 minutes per piece, although I suspect you could boost that speed even further because I'm struggling with print bed adhesion right now, which is slowing down my first layer.
