A slight rework of rustang65's design is presented here. Hooks are rotated to align with the parts, allowing for efficient indexing into each hook. Tolerances on the snaps have been adjusted, and needle nose pliers are used to secure them in place. Each part now includes sizing information, facilitating a more accurate fit. The diameter of the posts has also been increased. The performance of this design when printed with polypropylene is a topic of interest. If anyone attempts a print using PP, please share your results in the comments below. UPDATE 2020 May 26: Top and bottom straps featuring larger holes have been added to the design. Once assembled, the parts can be secured together by applying heat from a soldering iron or other hot tool to deform the upper portion of the clip.
