This spacer is designed specifically for placement under a cloth mask. I've yet to give this a test drive myself. I did, however, downsize a mask to use as a spacer underneath a cloth mask. If you decide to try it out, please share your thoughts on its effectiveness. V2 of this design features strategically placed holes to enhance airflow and make breathing easier.
