Mask Mk1: A User-Friendly Design for Easy Manufacture and Assembly. Prevents Unwanted Contact with Mucus. The mask's glass component is made from PMMA, also known as plexiglass, measuring 1mm in thickness and sized to fit an A4 sheet of paper. Two intentional bends are incorporated into the design, one located 60mm from the longer edge at a precise 90-degree angle. Alternative transparent materials can be used as substitutes. The plastic component is securely attached to the glass using a non-toxic adhesive that meets FDA standards for safety and quality. An adjustable strap allows the mask to be comfortably secured to the head, providing a snug and secure fit.
