This tool I designed aids in sewing face masks by creating regular pleats without requiring any measurements. The pleats can then be secured in place using binder clips until they are sewn. I created this aid specifically for use with the "Prototype 1" mask design from the University of Florida College of Medicine's Anesthesiology department: https://anest.ufl.edu/clinical-divisions/mask-alternative/ However, it may also be useful with other pleated designs.
