This mask is a modified version of the Anti-virus COVID-19 face-mask designed to accommodate a 22mm CPAP or comparable filter. Initially, we utilized several filters from Biopac systems available at https://www.biopac.com/product/disposable-bacterial-filters/, which measured 22mm in size. Larger filters that capture smaller particles can also be used (https://www.biopac.com/product/disp-bact-filter-35-mm-10pk/), offering enhanced filtration capabilities. The face portion of the mask is adaptable to individual head shapes, while the port can be modified to fit other similar filters. We successfully 3D printed it using TPU and a Stratasys F123 series printer, resulting in a well-fitting design that conforms to the face effectively.
